Filming and Long-Term Rentals
Pricing varies based on type of event, dates/times, etc. Please call/email us for a quote.
Rehearsals (2 hours minimum)
$30/hr Weekdays
$40/hr Weeknights and Weekends
$50/hr anytime for groups of 4 or more
Photo Shoots (2 hours minimum)
$50/hr Weekdays
$60/hr Weeknights and Weekends
Video Shoots (2 hours minimum)

One Time Group Classes, Workshops and Meetings (2 hour minimum)
Hourly rate ranges from $80 – $150. Please call/email us with details such as desired date(s), times, expected number of people, any specific needs for a quote.
Weekday rates apply Monday-Friday up until 5pm
Weeknight rates apply Monday-Friday, 5pm – 12am
Weekend rates apply Saturday-Sunday up until 12am
DEPOSIT / CONFIRMING YOUR RENTAL DATE
A 50% deposit is due at the time of rental confirmation. Remaining amount is due two weeks prior to rental date.
Staffing and cleaning fees may apply. Renting party must sign an agreement and comply with our house rules.Disorderly conduct or inappropriate use of our space will not be allowed and can result in rental cancellation.
