West African Dance class for teens and adults is a fun-filled class suitable for all levels of skills and fitness. In this class you will learn an array of West African dances guided by the accompanying rhythm of the live drumming.  The class begins with a warm up, followed by sequences of moves and ends with a friendly dance circle. 
Master artist Ngor Jallow is an outstanding artists with deep knowledge, extensive teaching experience and posses great level of patience to teach beginning students.

Kids West African Dance and Drum
Six weeks series for kids ages 3 – 5, parents may join in the fun as well!

This class will focus on movement, call and response singing and drumming. The goal is to help children develop motor skills, spatial awareness, create community among participants and bonding through the joyful dances of West Africa.
