CAPOEIRA BASICS
A step by step yet high enery class that will focused on the fundamental moves and techniques of Capoeira. This class is intended for beginning and advanced students looking for a full body workout, perfect technique and build stamina.
Is it for me? It’s for everyone! Regardless of fitness level or knowledge of Capoeira. The class is intended to introduce new students to basic fundamental of capoeira step by step and for older students to perfect their technique while building strength and stamina.
What to wear? Wear comfortable, work-out appropriate clothing. Expect to remove your shoes.
What to expect? A fun yet challenging class that will exercise every part of your body, including your mind!
We nurture a supportive and friendly environment and aim to motivate students to reach their full potential; physically and mentally.
Class begins with a warm up, followed by sequences and/or drills of basic capoeira movements.
What else? Hydrate, bring water and be ready to challenge yourself!
